A combined average total of 35,000 tons per day are being loaded through 24 loading stations: 12 for bagged cement and another 12 for bulk cement. ECC owns approx. 30% of the national silo trucks in Egypt. In order to gain edge, over competition, it was crucial that ECC management implements appropriate loading systems to ensure prompt and timely delivery of cement to its customers.

By End of 2004, Egypt exports reached 11 MMT at competitive prices on both the regional and international levels.

El Sokhna Port, being close to the plant, has facilitated all operations. Its premium services have allowed ECC high-speed load of vessels, minimizing loading time and lowering, if not eliminating completely, delay costs. Moreover, two bulk carrier vessels can be loaded simultaneously at the Port further cutting down on loading time.

ECC loads not only to El Sokhna Port, but also to all other ports in Egypt : Adabia, Damietta, Alexandria, Dekheila.

ECC trucks are monitored by one of the most advanced equipment, Geographical Positioning System (GPS), allowing close supervision of vehicles by company management. Such procedures help the logistic team to control work time and efficiency.
