• Deliver products and services in time, and in a way that will meet orexceed needs and expectations of our customers.
• Identify quality system requirements for necessary education of the employees and support them by ensuring the means of training them.
• Use only approved materials by assuring that in-coming materials have appropriate certificate or inspection documents.
• Permanently develop and improve working processes, regulate and control byinvesting in the production and measuring equipment, supporting teamwork, aswell as insisting on the individual responsibility and initiation of each employee.
• Ensure that the Policy and other document of quality system reflect whatwe actually do by performing internal quality audits and management reviews.

ECC can produce cement complying with the physical properties and chemical composition specified in the British standards, European standards and American standards.

In-ProcessQualityManagement

This quality management system revolves around a comprehensive " Program ofControl"involving sampling at all phases of production, testing and analysis,feedback of results, and corrective actions. This all takes place in acontinuous cycle. A big part of the program is fully automated and under the supervision and controlof process computers, with minimal intervention from laboratory specialists.
